Our 2-Year Professional Warranty: Your Peace of Mind
At Macaw Painting, we believe in doing things right the first time. Our reputation in Red Deer is built on precision and durability, which is why we stand behind our work with a 24-month limited warranty starting from the day your project is completed.
Our Commitment to You
If your paint peels or blisters due to defective workmanship within two years, we will return to fix it with no labor charge. Our goal is your long-term satisfaction.
How to Activate Your Warranty
To ensure your project is registered for our 2-year protection, we simply require:
Full Payment: The project must be paid in full upon completion.
Feedback: Complete our brief Customer Satisfaction Survey sent via email. Your feedback helps us maintain our high standards!
Documentation: Keep a copy of your invoice.
What is Covered?
We warrant against labor-related defects, specifically:
Peeling or blistering of the new paint film.
All areas specified in your original estimate.
Exclusions & Limitations
To be transparent, there are some conditions beyond our control that we cannot warrant:
Surfaces: Horizontal surfaces (like decks or porch floors), galvanized metal, or exterior varnished surfaces.
Structural: Cracks in plaster/drywall, nail/screw pops, or tape tears caused by the building shifting or settling.
Moisture & Nature: Damage from moisture, rust, mildew, rot, or «bleeding knots» in wood.
Previous Layers: Peeling of paint layers applied by previous contractors before our work.
Materials: Paint supplied by the customer or the cost of the paint itself for repairs (we provide the labor).
Note: While we strive for perfection, paint matching on repairs may vary slightly from the original due to natural aging and fading.
